Logan McAreavy is a Chicago-based entrepreneur, real estate investor, and licensed real estate broker who entered the industry in 2023. In just a few years, he has been involved in more than $100 million in real estate transactions across hundreds of deals throughout Chicago and the Chicagoland suburbs.

Logan's experience extends well beyond brokerage, encompassing real estate investment, acquisitions, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, dispositions, sales, operations, and transaction management. He has built and operated businesses around real estate from multiple sides of the transaction, developing a detailed understanding of the economics, systems, and processes that drive performance. His approach is analytical and entrepreneurial, with an emphasis on identifying opportunities, improving execution, and building systems that scale.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HomeTrade Realty, Logan is responsible for the firm's strategy, operations, technology, and growth. He is building the brokerage as a modern real estate platform rather than a traditional agent organization—combining high-performing professionals with data, technology, disciplined processes, and strong operating infrastructure. He remains actively involved in real estate investment and transactions while continuing to build and expand the business.
